Nutrition Coaching at SLS Fitness
Our Nutrition Coaching is designed to support your energy, health, and overall well-being: for every stage of life. It’s a custom, people-first approach focused on building sustainable habits that actually last.
We will work together to identify patterns, understand your body, and develop a way of eating that feels intuitive and realistic for your lifestyle. Through a whole body, whole self approach, we go beyond food: integrating guidance around movement, sleep, stress, and daily routines to support long-term health and longevity.
Sessions are offered in 4-session packs (to be used within 3 months), allowing time to process, implement, and build consistency between meetings. Most clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions for accountability, reflection, and continued progress.

InBody scans (as recommended by your coach)
Meal ideas, examples, and practical guidance (no rigid plans)
