    Join our new Walk/Run Club! A welcoming, community-driven group that meets weekly to move, connect, and have fun.     Part of our Special Circuit Series! All stations will be themed in celebration of Pride month!

    Wear your favorite colorful clothing!

    Circuit Training class at SLS is similar to the Strength and Conditioning class we offer. The exercises and drills change weekly in this class, providing variety every time. A typical class format has members rotating through 6-8 different stations as many times as they can. The stations provide a mix of strength training, power exercises, speed, agility, balance, and plyometrics, all while using different types of equipment. This class is a great option for both athletes and nonathletes alike, or just those who are looking for a little extra challenge!

  • Golf Conditioning

    Get ready for the 2026 golf season with this 8-week performance small group training program built specifically for golfers.

    Benefits include:

    Increase swing speed & driving distance, improve mobility & rotational flexibility, build strength & core stability, and reduce aches, pains, and injury risk.

  • Speed & Agility Camp

    This one-week Speed & Agility Camp helps middle and high school athletes improve quickness, coordination, and overall performance through focused, high-energy training sessions.

    Join for the full week or drop in by the day for a flexible summer training option.

    When: Monday, June 29th - Friday, July 3rd

    Middle School: 1:00pm-2:00pm

    High School: 2:00pm-3:00pm

    Price: $99/Week, $25/Day

  • Student Wrestling Small Group Training

    This 8-week small group wrestling program is designed to help High School athletes build strength, conditioning, and confidence during the off-season. Each 60-minute session will begin with 35–45 minutes of structured strength training focused on major muscle groups and functional movements that support wrestling performance, followed by a short AMRAP workout to improve endurance.

    Classes will finish with a brief cardio-focused conditioning segment to enhance stamina and overall athletic performance. Sessions will be held at 2 p.m. during summer break, allowing athletes to train consistently without interfering with off-season wrestling practices.

    When: Tuesday, June 23rd -Thursday, August 13th from 2:00pm-3:00pm
