Join our new Walk/Run Club! A welcoming, community-driven group that meets weekly to move, connect, and have fun. Open to all levels, from casual walkers to experienced runners, each session includes a guided warm-up and light coaching to help you feel comfortable and confident. This 8-week program is designed to help you build strength, improve performance in the gym, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health. Through two 60-minute full-body training sessions each week (16 sessions total), we’ll focus on strength, mobility, conditioning, and measurable performance improvements.
