    Join our new Walk/Run Club! A welcoming, community-driven group that meets weekly to move, connect, and have fun. Open to all levels, from casual walkers to experienced runners, each session includes a guided warm-up and light coaching to help you feel comfortable and confident. Whether you're here for fitness, fresh air, or new friendships, there's a place for you here.

  • "Level Up" an 8-Week Body Composition & Performance Program

    This 8-week program is designed to help you build strength, improve performance in the gym, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health. Through two 60-minute full-body training sessions each week (16 sessions total), we’ll focus on strength, mobility, conditioning, and measurable performance improvements.

    -2x week, 60-Minute Training Sessions

    -3 InBody Scans

    -Nutrition Guidance

    -Whole Body, Whole Self Support

  • Middle School & High School Strength and Conditioning Camp

    Our Middle School and High School Strength & Conditioning Camp!

    Middle School:

    -Tuesdays at 6:00pm

    -Saturdays at 12:00pm

    High School:

    -Wednesdays at 6:00pm

  • Golf Conditioning

    Get ready for the 2026 golf season with this 8-week performance small group training program built specifically for golfers.

    Benefits include:

    Increase swing speed & driving distance, improve mobility & rotational flexibility, build strength & core stability, and reduce aches, pains, and injury risk.

    Ends: Tuesday, July 28th
