Sarah is “Passionate about helping clients feel strong, confident, and in control of their health through movement, mindset, and nutrition.”

​She joined the SLS Fitness community with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness.​ Sarah grew up in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, where ​she spent her early years playing basketball and running track and cross country, and stayed active into her 20s through yoga and strength training.

At 29, ​she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, which challenged ​her relationship with fitness. After getting married and relocating to Nashua, New Hampshire, ​she welcomed ​her daughter, Olive, and found herself needing to rebuild ​her strength and confidence. ​Sarah started slowly—adding yoga, Pilates, and eventually strength training back into ​her routine—and was amazed at how much better ​she felt, both physically and emotionally.

​With this transformation​ she became inspire​d to pursue ​c​ertifications in fitness and nutrition and help others​ who might be dealing with a similar health challenge.​ She didn't want her diagnosis to define her and found that fitness became essential to her wellbeing.

​Sarah is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach, Master Health and Wellness Coach, and Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coach. During the pandemic, ​she discovered a love for boxing, which ​she now enjoys personally and​ loves to incorporate into ​her coaching when it aligns with ​her clients’ goals.

Today, ​she is passionate about helping ​her clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support their long-term health and well-being.

When​ Sarah isn't coaching, ​she love​s spending time with ​h​er husband Julian and​ their two kids, Weston and Olive. ​She enjoy​s being out in nature, exploring new places, and sharing good food with the people ​she love​s.

​You can catch Sarah on the schedule teaching multiple class formats. She is also available for 1:1 coaching and nutrition and is a friendly face at the front desk.
