Fitness has been a part of Matt's life for as long as he can remember. He played baseball at the collegiate level, and that competitive foundation naturally transitioned into a career in coaching. Over the past 14+ years, Matt has logged more than 20,000 hours of in-person coaching and helped hundreds of clients work toward their goals through thoughtful, structured training.

He specializes in strength and hypertrophy training, nutrition, exercise form mastery, mobility, and injury prevention. More than anything, Matt believes lasting results come from a sustainable approach, one that balances smart training, proper recovery, and a healthy mindset.
