Circuit Training

During a Circuit Training class, members rotate through 6-8 different stations that use a variety of equipment – from TRX to kettlebells to sleds. These timed stations provide a mix of strength training, power, speed, agility, and plyometrics all rolled into one up-tempo class. This class is a great option for an athlete looking for a different way to train, or for the advanced fitness enthusiast looking for a challenge.

Red Zone Circuit

This high-intensity workout has quickly become a favorite at SLS. The name “Red Zone” refers to increasing your heart rate to the 90% effort range (or maximum effort range) on a MyZone training belt. These classes are intense cardiovascular workouts and encourages members to push themselves until they need a rest period. A variety of both cardiovascular and strength equipment could be used.
