Combat Strength

Combat Strength is an advanced strength training class developed by certified strength coaches at SLS. This is an innovative, 45-60 minute class focused on heavy functional strength training. Members are encouraged to slow down their process in order to learn proper heavy lifting mechanics and form. This class is designed for heavier lifts and larger strength gains, and is great for athletes, anyone preparing for a lifting competition, or someone who is looking for a challenge. While this is an advanced class, the SLS strength coaches are well-equipped to guide and support all members for the duration of the class.
