8-Week Body Composition & Performance Program

Stronger body, better performance, lasting change.

This 8-week program is designed to help you build strength, improve performance in the gym, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health. Through two 60-minute full-body training sessions each week (16 sessions total), we’ll focus on strength, mobility, conditioning, and measurable performance improvements.

Participants will receive three InBody tests to track progress and gain insight into body composition changes over time. To reinforce consistency, participants will also attend at least one additional class per week, either in-person or through our at-home Zoom option.

The program also includes nutritional guidance, accountability, and ongoing support. Participants will be encouraged to complete a daily tracking log to monitor helpful lifestyle metrics such as sleep, hydration, macros, steps, and more! Helping you build awareness and habits that lead to lasting results.

Our Nutrition Coaching is designed to support your energy, health, and overall well-being: for every stage of life. It’s a custom, people-first approach focused on building sustainable habits that actually last.

Whole Body, Whole Self Support

Participants will be encouraged to complete a daily tracking log to monitor helpful lifestyle metrics such as sleep, hydration, macros, steps, and more! Helping you build awareness and habits that lead to lasting results.
