SLS offers a variety of Yoga and Meditation classes!

Express Yoga

Express Yoga is a thirty-minute, slower-paced class geared toward those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler option. This class focuses on synchronizing your breath, and using flowing, dynamic movements to transition between sustained postures, with plenty of modifications offered along the way. Because this class is only thirty minutes, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a quick reset in their day.

Yoga Stretch & Stability

This vinyasa style class connects the flow of breath with powerful posture sequences of sun salutations, twists, standing balances, and seated poses. We will focus on the synchronization of mindfulness with the continuous flow of movement, integrating intention, physical strength and stability, that will leave you feeling energetically aligned. Though vigorous and challenging, modifications are consistently offered as there is always space to practice at your own pace...all levels welcomed.

Reiki Meditation

Our Reiki Meditation classes include guided meditation and reiki offerings by a Reiki Master. While lying comfortably on a mat or sitting in a chair, participants focus on relaxation breathing while listening to calm music and gentle, mindful suggestions. At SLS, reiki is offered in a safe environment, providing subtle healing energy to help transition to a more peaceful state of mind and reduce stress hormones. This class is perfect for all fitness levels.
