Our classes are designed to tailor to all fitness levels and abilities - we guide you through the ride, and you choose your own intensity level! Taught on our high-quality, industry-leading Stages bikes, a 30-minute spin class at SLS brings you through a series of hills, sprints, and intervals to ensure that you get a well-rounded workout every time.
