Boxing Bag

Our boxing bag classes are taught by trained, professional boxing instructors and focus primarily on developing power through proper use of form.

In this class, you’ll learn proper combinations, stance and footwork. Our instructors provide expert insight on everything used in true strategic boxing situations. On top of this, it is also both an aerobic and anaerobic workout, and it’s guaranteed to get your heart rate up every time! All levels and abilities are welcome!
