Small Group Training Challenge

12 Weeks to Summer!

April 1st-June 21st!: Are you getting ready for a summer event such as a wedding, birthday, vacation, graduation or just want to be in tip top shape, than this program is for you!

Set your personal goal at the beginning of the 12 weeks, Stay Committed, get results.

What Participants receive:

 
  • Initial Body Composition Testing and Goal Setting session

  • 1x/week 30-minute, Small Group Training with Coach (3-4 people), total of 12 sessions

    • Available Sessions

      • Tuesday 5:30pm

      • Wednesday 6:00pm

      • Thursday 9:00am

      • Saturday 9:00am

  • 3, Group Nutrition Classes (April 3, May 1 & June 5th 6:30-7:30 pm)

    • Seminars include information on Cleanse & Detox, Supplements, Blood Sugar, Sleep, Stress, Fat Burning, and more!

  • Weekly Body Composition Testing

  • Weekly Check Ins from Trainer via email to track your progress

  • 25% off Sunlight Sauna Appointments

  • 10% off Supplements

The Challenge: the small group with the greatest attendance at SLS in the 12 weeks wins a prize! Your personal challenge will be to hit your personal goal that you set at the beginning of the 12 weeks.

SLS Fitness invites you to our 20th Anniversary Fitness For a Cure Event on Saturday, March 16 with our family show @ 11:30am and Formal Gala @ 6:00pm.
