Recovery & Mobility Classes
Here at SLS Fitness, we strongly believe the body is meant for movement. But we also believe it is just as important to rest, recover, and slow down both in fitness and in daily life. This is why we provide recovery classes, stretch & mobility classes, and more importantly meditation classes to help promote the health of your Body & Mind.
Stretch & Mobility Class:
Our recovery class is predominantly a foam rolling class that includes mobility movements, and breathing techniques to help release tension and stress that our nervous system holds on our bodies. The goal in this class is to teach and create better habits prior to exercise, and to promote recovery on "off-days."
