Lois was first introduced to yoga in 2004, and despite all the different paths life has taken her, it has over the years, been her anchor. She believes that the physical practice of yoga is a constant reminder of how capable the body and mind are, and believes that regular practice leads to creating new boundaries of flexibility and movement for the body. As someone who loves powerlifting, she believes that yoga has helped her to stay injury free, and has been important in helping to create a strong mind and muscle connection. Lois is a graduate of the 200 hr YogaWorks Back Bay vinyasa teacher training led by Renee LeBlanc and Caitlin Visconte. This training reinforced her desire to guide others on their personal yoga journey, through classes focused on alignment, building a solid core, and breath work.
