Strength & Conditioning Coach
Kathy is a South Boston native whose interests in fitness and athletics stems from her childhood. Kathy was overweight for most of her adolescence. Through proper nutrition and her love for sports, she learned how to maintain a healthy weight and now wants to pass that knowledge on to others! This passion lead Kathy to pursue her B.S in Health Studies at Boston University, where she also played rugby for 4 years.
She has experience in coaching many different styles of fitness from cardio kickboxing to weightlifting. Kathy has also worked with athletes of all ages and sports. Previously, she has worked with the Jr. Spinner's here in Lowell, and has also volunteered in multiple strength and conditioning facilities working closely with D1 and D3 athletes. Her specialities are in injury prevention, functional training, and sports performance. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her at the movies or trying new restaurants in Boston.
