SLS offers a variety of Yoga classes!

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa practice emphasizes a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations, dynamic breathing and long holdings. Each part of the body (inside and out) is explored and worked in a deep and mindful way. This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies.

Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a slower-paced class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Breath-synchronized, flowing, and dynamic movements are used to transition between sustained postures. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.

Gentle Heated Yoga

A Vinyasa style class, with a heated room (85 degrees). Heat helps us embrace classic yoga postures with deliberate movements to stretch and strengthen the whole body. Although gentle, many postures offer the option to intensify and challenge our practice to push us beyond basic postures including arm and leg balances.

Express Yoga

Express Yoga flow is a slower-paced class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Breath-synchronized, flowing, and dynamic movements are used to transition between sustained postures. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.

Detox Yoga

Detox Yoga provides a fresh, invigorating and challenging yoga practice. Specifically designed to detoxify your body and mind, these poses and breathing techniques are suited to boost the immune system and renew the digestive system through the detoxification process.

Nidra Yoga

Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Kids Pretzel Yoga

Calm the mind and body, improve patience and boost confidence with kids yoga! This class includes forward bends, back bends, partner poses and balance poses. Through fun yoga activities, children can improve flexibility, grace and agility while at the same time improving inner strength, confidence and self esteem!
