Strength Training & Weight Room

SLS strength and weight room classes provide a full body workout by using 6 – 8 stations in our weight room. You trainer will walk you through each exercise, and then, spot and correct form where needed. Focuses on muscle-group isolation. Slower in tempo, meant to be a heavy lift day.

Strength training classes will strictly use free weights and/or kettle bells. Our weight room classes will be held in our open weight room and utilize the larger equipment.

Beginner strength and weight room classes all the way up to our advanced power lifting classes are available.
