Spinning- Group cycling for all levels on stationary bikes. This class enables you to achieve athletic conditioning suited for you by using various levels of pedal tension, sitting & standing, mixed handle bar positions and intense intervals. SLS coaches use powerful music to motivate you during this cardio workout. The trainer will coach you for 30 minutes giving different intensity levels. Great for all levels!
Spin/Strength Classes- This class is a great combination of sprinting intervals on the bike with added intervals of weight training using dumbbells. Great HIIT (high intensity interval training). A great 30 minute mix of strength and cardio.
