Power Lifting

SLS Power lifting classes help build strength and power through basic core movements, such as the dead lift, barbell squats, power cleans, barbell bench press and more.

This is a slower paced class and our goal is to get you to lift a % more every time you enter the weight room. We focus on heavy weight/low reps, lots of coaching on form and rest breaks.

With our small class size, this program will help you build strength in a controlled and safe atmosphere. If you want to increase and maximize your weight lifting while concentrating on proper form, this class is for you.
