SLS Advanced Circuit Training is a strength and conditioning class. This class changes weekly and uses 6-8 circuit stations which the class will rotate through. Some examples include:  flipping tires, climbing ropes, sprinting suicides, advanced TRX exercises, punching the heavy bag, jumping on plyo boxes, running stairs, battling ropes and much more!  This class is great for strength and conditioning for sports or just the advanced fitness enthusiast.
